Stage 1 · Specification
What your line needs, written down precisely.
Four services for commercial buyers, each quoted against a written specification.
We work from your specification rather than a catalogue: grade, granulation, moisture and colour as your process requires. Samples go out before any commitment, and consistency between lots is the point — a change nobody told you about is a production problem, not a commercial one.
What your line needs, written down precisely.
Sent and assessed before any order.
Per lot, in writing, with lead times.
Consistent lots, with documentation.
Pack sizes and pallet configuration agreed.
A first run checked against the spec.
Packed and lot coded.
Paperwork prepared with the shipment.
Product packed the way your operation receives it, in the sizes and pallet configurations that suit your handling and storage. Packing runs to an agreed specification with lot coding, so what arrives can always be traced back.
For buyers with regular requirements we agree volumes, pricing mechanisms and lead times in advance, so ordering becomes a schedule rather than a negotiation each month. Commodity prices move; the agreement says plainly how that is handled.
Volumes and frequency across the year.
Pricing, lead times and payment agreed.
Call-offs planned, not improvised.
Volumes and terms revisited periodically.
Delivery terms agreed in writing.
Freight arranged with licensed carriers.
Prepared and checked before dispatch.
Tracked, confirmed and reconciled.
Delivery arranged with licensed carriers to your facility, or to port for export shipments. Commercial documentation is prepared with the shipment, and for export the file goes to your licensed customs broker complete — we file nothing ourselves.
Send the specification and the volumes. We reply within one business day.
